Meet Franklin Harris

I’ve always had a natural ability to understand people — to read a room, identify what’s not being said, and bring clarity and connection into challenging situations. Growing up in Oakland shaped that instinct early, and over time, it became the foundation of my leadership style and the work I do today.

Professionally, I’ve spent more than a decade serving as a Human Resources and Operations executive, career coach, and strategic business partner. My experience spans healthcare, tech, retail, hospitality, biotech, and nonprofit sectors, giving me a comprehensive understanding of how organizations operate, grow, and overcome barriers. I’ve led teams through organizational change, built HR infrastructures from the ground up, designed workforce development programs used nationwide, and supported executives in navigating complex people and business decisions.

What sets my work apart is the combination of strategic expertise and human insight. I understand policies, compliance, operations, and organizational structure — but I also understand people. I believe the strongest businesses are built when both sides work together with intention.
